Q. "How much hands-on baking/decorating will I get to do?"

A. For hands-on baking workshops, you will usually be required to work in a small group to do everything from weighing ingredients to mixing and baking. 

For hands-on decorating workshops, you will watch a baking demo, then decorate your own cakes individually with guidance from the trainer.  

For hands-on baking and decorating workshops, you will be baking as a group, then decorating your own individual cakes/cookies.  

You will have the satisfaction of taking home your own creations after class! As part of the hands-on experience, you are also expected to help with the washing up of the equipment and utensils that you use. Everything will be provided for you, so just concentrate on learning and having fun!

At this time, I conduct workshops only at my home baking studio.
