Bake tiny treats to delight anyone!

Begin your pastry-making journey with the jovial Chef James as he teaches you the finer points of tart-making in a 3 hour hands-on baking session. You will be guided in making classic dessert tarts in mini sizes that no one will be able to resist!

About the Chef: Chef James Fong holds a Diploma in Culinary Craft and Services from Academy At-Sunrice and is passionate about classic pastry and breads. He trained under Chef Julien Bompard at Le Saint Julien Restaurant and Chef Eric Wong at SATS.

Registration Form

By registering for a workshop, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions below.

1. Seats are reserved by payment and priority will be given to those who pay first. Once you have made payment via interbank transfer, ATM or cheque, we will email you to confirm your seat. In case the class is already fully booked by the time you make payment, we will contact you to return you the fees in full or suggest an alternative date.

2. Once reserved, seats are not refundable, unless (A) the class is cancelled by us due to insufficient enrollment or unforseen circumstances, or (B) there are sufficiently serious reasons such as road accidents or hospitalisation.

3. Should you be unable to make it due to illness, work, travel, lack of childcare arrangement or any other unexpected reason, you are strongly encouraged to find a replacement to take your place. Due to the hands-on nature of our workshops, we regret that we are not able to refund the fees or transfer your seat to another date as ingredients and supplies have been purchased for you and will perish if unused. However, we will gladly post you a hardcopy of the recipes if you provide a mailing address.

4. We are not responsible for any accidents arising from incorrect use of equipment or allergic reactions to ingredients used in our workshops. If you have food allergies, please enquire about the ingredients before paying for a class.
