Workshop Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all workshops. By registering for a workshop through the online form / phone / email / in-person, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the below:

1. Seats are reserved by payment only, and priority will  be given to those who pay first. Once you have made payment, your seat will be reserved for you. The class details will be sent to your email by the next working day.  

2. Once reserved, seats are not refundable, unless (A) the class is cancelled by us due to insufficient enrollment or unforseen circumstances, or (B) there are sufficiently serious reasons such as road accidents or hospitalisation.

3. Should you be unable to make it due to illness, work, travel, lack of childcare arrangement or any other unexpected reason, you are strongly encouraged to find a replacement to take your place. Due to the hands-on nature of our workshops, we regret that we are not able to refund the fees or transfer your seat to another date as ingredients and supplies have been purchased for you and will perish if unused. However, we will gladly post you a hardcopy of the recipes if you provide a mailing address.

4. We are not responsible for any accidents arising from incorrect use of equipment or allergic reactions to ingredients used in our workshops. If you have food allergies, please enquire about the ingredients before paying for a class.
