Workshop Policy

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all workshops. By registering for a workshop through the online form / phone / email / in-person, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the below:

1. Seats are reserved by payment only, and priority will be given to those who pay first. Once we have received your payment, your seat/s will be reserved for you. The class details will be sent to your email.

2. If the class is fully booked by the time payment is received, we will call you to discuss if you would like to (a) transfer to the next available workshop date or (b) receive a refund on your fees.

3. Once reserved, seats are not refundable, unless the class is cancelled by us due to insufficient enrollment or unforseen circumstances. Should there be serious emergencies that prevent you from attending the class (eg. hospitalisation, traffic accidents, quarantine etc), please contact us as soon as you are able.

4. Should you be unable to make it due to illness, work, travel, lack of childcare arrangement or any other unexpected reason, you are strongly encouraged to find a replacement to take your place. Due to the hands-on nature of our workshops, we regret that we are not able to refund the fees or transfer your seat to another date as ingredients and supplies have been purchased for you and will perish if unused. However, we will gladly post you a hardcopy of the recipes if you provide a mailing address.

5. We are not responsible for any mishaps arising from incorrect use of equipment or allergic reactions to ingredients used in our workshops. If you have food allergies or restrictions, please enquire about the ingredients before paying for a class.

6. We regret that there is no waiting area in the baking studio for accompanying children or adults. If you wish, you may book seat/s for them at the full rate.

7. Classes will start on time and the baking studio will be open 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
