Meet The Team...

 

Sugar Inc™ was founded by Dennis and Anna Chan and is managed by ACDC Consultancy.  It began humbly in 2004 as a custom cake business and has since evolved to become a provider of learner-centred baking workshops.  Our workshops are designed to help customers re-create delicious and beautiful baked goods at home and involve hands-on baking and/or cake decorating, so that customers can get the most out of their learning experience.  

Anna Chan
Founder of Sugar Inc™

Anna Chan is passionate about baking and cake-decorating and holds a Certificate in Cake Decoration from Baking Industry Training Centre. She wrote her first book in 2008, "Gorgeous Cupcakes for the Home Baker” (sponsored by Tefal, published by Boostprints Educational) and spends most of her time researching and testing recipes and organising baking workshops.  Her recipes have been featured in a local magazine 优1周UW (U Weekly). Recently, Anna was commissioned by Channel 8 to create custom cookies as props for a drama series. She has also appeared as a guest chef for “My Yummy Yummy Lunchbox II”, a Mediacorp Channel 8 children’s cooking programme that aired in 2009.
